Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is U4 Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti.. Address: Cumhuriyet Mah. 20024 Sk. What we process

What you write in the chat and the AI's answers; the date of the conversation, the page language, the moment you consented and the version of this notice.

On every visit, your IP address, the request time and browser details are written to the server logs.

We do not ask for your name, email or phone; if you write them, they become part of the conversation. Do not write sensitive data such as ID, health or bank details.

Purposes

To answer your questions with AI.

To forward the conversation to the U4 team, assess your request and get back to you if you included contact details.

To prevent abuse and keep the system secure (request limits).

Method and legal basis

Data is collected electronically and automatically through the chat box.

Processing the chat content and transferring it abroad is based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1, art. 9). Without consent the site works with preset answers only and nothing you write leaves your browser.

IP addresses and technical logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (KVKK art. 5/2-f).

Recipients

Google LLC / Google Cloud (Vertex AI): what you write and the conversation history, to generate answers.

Google Workspace (Gmail): forwarding the conversation to U4 by email.

Oracle Cloud (hosting, Amsterdam / Netherlands): the site and the chat service run on this server.

These providers' servers are outside Turkey. Transfer of the chat content is based on your explicit consent. Data may also be disclosed to authorities when legally required.

Retention

The conversation is never written to disk on the server; it is held in memory only. At the latest 10 minutes after your last message (or at 20 questions) it is emailed to U4 and deleted from the server.

Conversations forwarded to U4 are kept for at most 1 year to assess the request, then deleted.

Server access logs (IP addresses) are kept for 14 days.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to recipients, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request in writing to info@u4yazilim.com or to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time by writing to info@u4yazilim.com; withdrawal takes effect for the future. Closing the page does not stop what you have already written from being forwarded to U4.
